Kristoff graduated from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven as a Master of Laws in 1992.

In the same year, he took his oath and began his professional career as a lawyer in a law firm in Brussels.

In 2005, as a partner, he laid the foundations of the firm which has become DUX | LAW.

Kristoff is an ombudsman at OCA/LIGECA for the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten – balie Brussel.

Since 2013, Kristoff is an accredited mediator in family matters.

He is also a teacher of the training ‘mediator in family cases’ at New Deal Academy and is a frequent speaker on topics relating to the practice of family mediation.

Finally, Kristoff is a member of the Office of the Federal Mediation Commission.

Anouk graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel as a Master of Laws in 1997.

She took her oath in September 1997 and began her professional career as a lawyer in a law firm in Brussels.

In 2007 she joined the DUX | LAW family, where she is a partner.

Since 2019, Anouk is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters.

Charlotte studied at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel where she obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2015, specializing in criminal law and criminal procedure.

She took her oath in September 2015 and has been part of our firm ever since. By now, Charlotte is also a partner at DUX | LAW.

Charlotte holds the certificate in Evaluation of Human Damages.

Christel studied at the Université Catholique de Louvain where she obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2004.

She took her oath in February 2005.

In 2015, she made the switch to the DUX | LAW family.

Maarten studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven where he obtained his Master of laws degree in 2014, specializing in criminal law and European and International law.

Previously, he obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in law practice and a professional bachelor’s degree as a business translator/interpreter.

He took his oath in September 2014 and started his professional career as a lawyer at a law firm in Limburg.

In 2017, he made the switch to the DUX | LAW family.

An-Sofie studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven where she obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2016, specializing in private and tax law.

Subsequently, An-Sofie obtained her master’s degree in notarial law.

She took her oath in September 2017 and started her professional career as a lawyer in a law firm in Mechelen.

In 2021, she made the switch to the DUX | LAW family.

Louise studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven where she obtained her Master of Laws degree in 2019, specializing in criminal law.

She took her oath in September 2019 and started her professional career as a lawyer at a law firm in Leuven.

In 2020, she made the switch to the DUX | LAW family.

Louise took the course Entrepreneurship for trainee lawyers.

Fabian studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven where he obtained his Master of Laws degree in 2020, specializing in private law and tax law.

Subsequently, Fabian obtained his master’s degree in tax law.

He took his oath in September 2021 and started his professional career at DUX | LAW.

Pieter is multilingual, and operates dynamically from the nerve centre of the office. He is responsible for the practical organisation and deals with legal matters.

In addition, as a data protection officer, he sees to the correct processing of personal and privacy-sensitive information.

Pieter obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in law practice at the UCLL and is currently obtaining his master’s degree in law in evening classes at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
