Construction law

Even though construction law is not a separate branch of law per se, and consequently not subject to its own specific regulations, it is one of our fields of expertise since it involves aspects of contract, environmental, administrative and commercial law.

In addition to the various branches of law that affect construction law, the different stakeholders that participate in the construction process must also be taken into account. They include the client, contractor, subcontractor, architect, stability engineer, etc. The relationships/areas of possible conflict between the obligations of the various stakeholders must always be correctly defined and that’s not an easy task.

We are your primary contact point if you feel that certain obligations are not being met or certain issues have arisen between the various stakeholders.
